Can the iframe read cookies, form data, or my website's DOM?
No. An iframe is an isolated container — the browser ensures that code inside the frame has no access to the parent page. It cannot read your cookies, access the DOM, or inject JavaScript. This is a built-in browser security feature (the same-origin policy), active since around 2005. It is the exact same technology as YouTube, Google Maps, or the directions map on your contact page.
What happens to my website if your server goes down?
Nothing. The iframe is independent of the rest of your page — if our server has an outage, an empty frame appears on your side, but the rest of your portal continues working normally. It is like YouTube going down — the video disappears, but your website keeps running.
Do you collect personal data from my portal's users?
No. Zero-PII architecture — calculations happen in the user's browser; nothing is sent to our server. Open F12 in your browser, go to the Network tab — you will see the iframe sends no data requests to us. Even if we wanted to, we have no data about your users.
Can I sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. We have a ready-made DPA template compliant with GDPR — we will send it for signing if your legal team requires it. Due to our zero-PII architecture we are technically not processing any data, but we understand that having the paperwork in place is important for compliance.
How quickly can I uninstall it if I change my mind?
Five seconds. The iframe is a single HTML tag — remove the line and the calculator disappears. No data migration, no vendor lock-in, no unexpected consequences. Treat the first 30 days as a trial — no commitments.
Can I show the code to our IT team for review?
Of course. The iframe loads the public website kalkulator-swiadczen.pl — the code rendered inside the frame is visible to anyone, just like to any regular user. We are happy to answer technical questions (a 15-minute Zoom with your webmaster or IT team). Hosted on Vercel (USA, GDPR-compliant), all served over HTTPS with an active certificate.
