Project Mission
The Benefits Calculator was born out of observing a simple problem: the social assistance system in Poland is fragmented and difficult to understand. Regulations change every year, income thresholds vary depending on the type of benefit, and offices do not always actively inform about available forms of support.
The result? Millions of Poles do not use programs they have a full right to. We estimate that the total value of unclaimed benefits can reach several billion zlotys annually.
Our answer is a transparent, free tool — working without registration, without personal data, available in three languages.
Our Principles
Full Anonymity
We do not collect names, ID numbers, or addresses. The calculator works solely on the data you provide — and deletes it after you close the browser.
Legal Compliance
Every benefit and every income threshold has a marked verification date. The calculator is an illustrative tool — the final decision is always made by MOPS or ZUS.
For Everyone
The calculator is available in Polish, English, and Ukrainian. We are building an inclusive tool — without language barriers.
Data-Driven
Data on benefits comes from legal acts (ISAP), gov.pl websites, and official communications from MRiPS. Verification dates are visible for each benefit.

We update benefit data regularly, but we are not responsible for any inaccuracies resulting from legislative changes.
