Where do you get benefit data from?
Data comes from legal acts in the Sejm ISAP system, government websites (gov.pl), and official communications from the Ministry of Family and Social Policy. Each benefit has a visible verification date.
The calculator gave the wrong amount — what to do?
Write to us with the name of the benefit and the current amount along with the source. We try to update data within 48 hours of notification.
Is my data safe?
The calculator does not collect personal data. Answers you enter in the form are never sent to the server — they work exclusively in your browser and disappear when you close the page. You provide an email address only voluntarily, when signing up for the newsletter or downloading a PDF.
Can I put the calculator on my website?
Yes! We offer the possibility of embedding the calculator (widget) for organizations and companies. Write with the subject [COOPERATION].
Does the calculator guarantee I will receive the benefit?
No. The calculator is an illustrative and educational tool — it helps you identify what to ask about at the office. Administrative decisions are always made by MOPS, ZUS, or the appropriate office.
Formal Information
Project conducted as a sole proprietorship (JDG). The personal data administrator (email address) is the project owner. Data is processed exclusively for handling reports and sending the newsletter (basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent). You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.
